End-of-the-Season Party Timeline

3:30 pm	Check-in and raffle areas open.
4:15 pm	Thank yous and recognition of those who made this season possible.
4:30 pm	Crown series champions and give away raffle prizes.
5:45 pm	Party wraps up.

Location: Main Gym at Spring View Middle School (5040 Fifth Street, Rocklin, CA 95677)

Please note: To avoid scratching up the gym floor, no cleats will be allowed inside the gym.

Raffle:

We've got some awesome raffle prizes lined up from our sponsors, including the grand prize - a Rondo Ruut CF2 donated by Mike's Bikes. All raffle proceeds put kids on bikes for free with comped junior racing throughout the season!

You do not need to be present to win the bike! However, you must be present to win our other sweet prizes.

Here's how to get tickets:

• You get 1 raffle ticket for each race you paid for when you check in at the party.
• Purchase 1 for $5 or 5 for $20 throughout the day at Race 8 & the Awards Party.
• Dedicate your RFID chip deposit refund to junior racing & receive 5 raffle tickets.

If you've already purchased tickets or dedicated your chip deposit refund, your tickets will automatically be entered into the bike raffle with your name on them and no further action is required on your part.

Food & Entertainment:

We'll have holiday movies playing throughout the day in the gym, starting at 10:30am! Cozy up between racing and cheering for your friends with a complimentary hot chocolate and popcorn station. Movies will be paused briefly throughout the day for Race 8 podium awards.

The Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck will also be out from 2:30-6pm with mouth-watering rolls and dishes featuring their signature Maine lobster for purchase!
